Going on the South Florida MS ride this year? Here's a great opportunity to pick up group-cycling savvy before you hit the road in May. Whether you're new to big-group rides or simply want a refresher, our qualified instructors can show you the special skills for staying safe and making the most of your big ride. This two-hour workshop includes group riding skills and what to expect during the MS Ride. Your ride to Key Largo and back will be a lot more fun -- and safer.
